Helping Good People Divorce With Dignity

There is the right way and the wrong way to get divorced.  The wrong way is to go to court and fight it out in front of the judge. The right way is to choose out of court options such as Collaborative Divorce or Mediation. At the Law Firm of Anthony J. Diaz, we believe in doing things the right way. Our Peacemaking strategies help you to divorce with the least amount of damage to your family.

Collaborative Divorce and Mediation –
The Peacemaker Way

Collaborative Divorce and Mediation are divorce processes that keep the decisions about your family in your hands. You and your spouse make the decisions about how your family will be restructured. In the Collaborative Divorce process a team of divorce professionals help to advise you every step of the way. In Mediation, a neutral mediator will assist you to help you and your spouse to decide the important issues such as child custody questions, spousal support, and dividing the family’s assets.

Out Of Court Divorce

Out Of Court Divorce

An out of court divorce is a divorce that is not handled by the court system. This type of divorce is often less expensive and moves more quickly than a traditional divorce.

Contested Divorce

Contested Divorce

Contested divorce is a divorce in which the spouses cannot agree on one or more issues, such as child custody, property division, alimony, or other matters. In a contested divorce, each spouse will hire their own attorney to represent them in court.
